This 8-week leadership development course is designed to equip you with the biblical principles, character, and practical skills needed to lead with excellence. Using the lives of Jesus, the disciples, and the apostles as our model, you'll learn the ABCs of Kingdom Leadership while developing the mindset, integrity, and spiritual maturity essential for effective leadership.
Throughout the course, you'll receive hands-on opportunities to grow, serve, and practice leadership in a supportive environment before stepping into an official leadership or ministerial role.

Partners sensing a call to leadership or ministry
Those seeking clarity in their Kingdom assignment
Individuals desiring to grow in influence, service, and spiritual maturity
Course Schedule
The Emerging of Leaders is offered once each year.
Registration Ends: October 19, 2026
Orientation: October 26, 2026 at 7:00pm
8-Week Course: 1st & 2nd Mondays, November through February
Prerequisites
To register, you must:
Complete New Partner Orientation
Complete the Discipleship Course
Be actively serving in at least one ministry (iSERVE)
